Hi, I’m Adina — and my journey into health coaching started with a simple realisation: I was living in survival mode. Working in high-pressure roles as a prison officer and private investigator taught me how easily people lose touch with their wellbeing when life becomes relentless. As I rebuilt my own health, I became passionate about helping others do the same. I’ve found that clear structure and compassionate guidance make change feel achievable. Now I support people who are ready to regain their energy, find balance, and finally enjoy life again — not just get through it.
